Obituary of Dominico Lotti

Dominico T. Lotti, long time resident of Sewanee, died at his home at Southern Manner in Winchester on November 25, 2013. He was born in Swampscott, Massachusetts, on July 8, 1921, and was 92 at the time of death. He served in the U.S. Army from 1940 to 1962. He served in World War ll and Korea, and rose to the rank of major. He served as the bursar of the University of the South from 1967 until his retirement in 1980. He was proceeded in death by his wife of 61 years, Katherine B. Lotti ad his son-in-law Wiley C. Richardson. He is survived by his daughter, Ann L. Richardson of Birmingham, Alabama; his son and daughter-in-law, Howard and Chris Lotti of Sewanee; his grandchildren Sara R. Sullivan of Birmingham and Brian J. Richardson of Chicago; and his great grandchildren, Cole and Isabel Sullivan and Nico Richardson-Corona. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 29, 2013 at 1:30P.M. at the University of the South Cemetery, in Sewanee. In lieu of flowers make a donation to the charity of your choice.
