Lisa Jane Tate age 53 of Monteagle, Tennessee passed away Monday, October 28, 2013 at Hospice care Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her father Thomas Preston King. Survivors include her loving husband Mr. Tim Tate; her mother Mrs. Mary Elizabeth O'Dear King; children Andrea (Jermey Thomas) Tate of Monteagle, Maria Johnson of Tracy City, Rebecca (Tim) Graham of Rossville, GA, and Aaron Tate of Monteagle; brothers and sisters Thomas Jeffery King, Clinton (Doris) King, Marlan (Leroy) McBee, Joyce (Bill) Sells, Mary (Red) Miller, and Doris (Lewis) Haney all of Sewanee; 11 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Services will be 2:00 Saturday, November 2, 2013 in the chapel of Cumberland Funeral Home. Reverend Homer Dudley will officiate. Burial will be in O'Dear Cemetery Sewanee, Tennessee. The family will receive friends 12:00 - 2:00 P.M. Saturday, at the funeral home.
