Obituary of Paul Worley

Mr. Paul Denver Worley age 96 of Tracy City passed away Friday evening in Emerald-Hodgson in Sewanee. A native of Grundy County he was a son of the late John J. and Eva Belle Hamby Worley and was preceded in death by brothers, James, Ernest, Ershel, Charles Worley; sisters, Dorothy Berry and Olline Scott. Mr. Worley was retired from Caterpillar and was a World War II veteran serving in the Army.
Survivors include his sisters, Lucille Shrum and Annie Sue Tipton both of Tracy City; 35 nieces and nephews, several great, great great, and great great great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday in the funeral home chapel. The Reverend Lloyd Crisp and Reverend Ralph Shrum will officiate. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Cemetery with military honors. The family will receive friends Sunday 3-9 P.M. at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee 37387.
