Mr. Sammy Roberts, age 72, of Sequatchie, TN, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2013 at his home with family by his side. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Rhonda Roberts and his parents, Dolph and Orphine Roberts. Survivors include his children Jamie Lee (Starr Lynn Seale Troxxel) Roberts, Whitwell, TN; Jason Michael Roberts, Whitwell, TN; daughter, Sherry (Roy) Tucker, Sequatchie, TN; several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews; four grandchildren, Peyton Roberts, Clara Maye Roberts, Andrew Elliott and Jennifer Davenport; four great granchildren, Andrew Jr., Jordyn, Tayler, Hunter. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 23, 2013 in the funeral home chapel with Reverend David Berry officiating, burial will follow Sam's Bluff Cemetery, Sequatchie, Tn. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5-8 P.M.
