Obituary of Charles Nunley

Mr. Charles E. Nunley, age 90, of Tracy City, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2013 at his residence in Tracy City, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his parents, and 13 brothers and sisters, and grandson, Jim Bill Price. He served his country in World War II and is a Navy Veteran. He also served in the Masonic Lodge, Olive Branch #297 and the Alhambra Shrine Temple. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Jasper, Tennessee. He is survived by his wife Grace Nunley, Tracy City, Tennessee; step-son Monk (Christine) Price, Tracy City, Tennessee; granddaughter Shanna Hawkins, Tracy City, Tennessee; two Great grandsons, Ian and Tristin Wooten, Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee; several nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in the Foster & Lay chapel with Reverend Ralph Shrum and Reverend David Grisham officiating, burial be in the Gregg Cemetery, Tracy City, Tennessee. Military Funeral Honor Rites will be provided by Sequatchie Valley Veteran Honor Guard. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5-8 P.M., with Masonic service at 7:00 P.M.
