Toby Bradford Lockhart age 25 of Tracy City passed away Monday, September 23, 2013, at his home. Toby worked as a mechanic and was born in East Ridge on October 13, 1987, a son of Rhonda Kay Roddy and Troy Lockhart. He was preceded in death by grandfathers, Bobby Roddy and Grady Lockhart; uncles, Russell Roddy and Donnie Lockhart.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Whitney Parson Lockhart; a brother, Tanner Lockhart; sister, Heather (Bull) Childers; grandmothers, Billie Ruth Roddy and Mary Helen Meeks White; niece, Lydia Childers; nephew, Boone Childers; a special uncle, Ronnie Lockhart; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Toby was also survived by his pet dog "Randa".
A graveside service will be at 5:00 P.M. on Thursday at Plainview Cemetery with Minister Clayton Jones officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. On line condolences may be made at www.fosterlayfuneralhome.net.
