Obituary of Rosa Meeks

Mrs. Rosa Lee T. Meeks age 92 of the Flat Branch community near Tracy City passed away from the life on Saturday, August 31, 2013, at Emerald-Hodgson Hospital in Sewanee. She was preceded in death by her husband, France Meeks.
Survivors include her children, William Lester (Sandy) Meeks, Donnie (Mary) Thomas both of Tracy City, Dottie (Billy) Smartt, Gruetli-Laager and Ruby (James Hobbs of Altamont; brothers, Roy Kilgore, Alabama and Robert Kilgore, McMinnville; sister, Linda Lawson, McMinnville; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be 5:00 P.M. Sunday at Coalmont Cemetery with Minister Albert "Pap" Nunley officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. On line condolences may be made at www.fosterlayfuneralhome.net.
