Obituary of WALTER BROCK

Mr. Walter Brock age 78 of the Pryor Ridge community near Tracy City passed away Friday, August 30, 2013, at his home. He was a retired equipment operator and had worked in the coalmines. A native of Red Bird, Kentucky he was a son of the late John and Sarah Brock and was preceded in death by a step-son, Tim Keener; grandson, Little Bill Perry; brothers, Wallin Brock and Ralph Brock; sisters, Juanita Gardi and Grace Reynolds. Survivors include his wife, Juanita Brock of Tracy City; children, Carolyn Muncy and Marilyn Barber of Williamsburg, KY, Wesley Walter Brock of Ohio; step-children, Tommy and Troy Keener both of Signal Mountain,Terry Keener of Tracy City; brothers, Carl Brock and J.B. Brock; sister, Joyce Brock; 6 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Pryor Ridge Church with Ministers Bobby Winton and Jimmy Campbell officiating. Pallbearers will be Caleb Layne, Mark Nunley, Jeremy Dykes, Ricky Nunley, Chase Nunley and Kole Layne.
