Mr. William "Porkey" Turley, age 48, of Tracy City, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Emerald-Hodgson Hospital, Sewanee, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his mother, Eliza Faye Turley; uncle, Bobby Bateman; aunt, Francis Sanders. He is survived by his father, William Turley, Jr., Tracy City, TN; brother, Michael Turley, Tracy City, TN; sisters, Judy Cagle, Gruetli-Laager, TN; Brenda Andrews, Tracy City, TN; Sandy Turley, Tracy City, TN; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in the Foster & Lay chapel with Reverend Billy Bice and Reverend Ralph Shrum officiating, burial will following in the Hobbs Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5-9 P.M. Funeral arrangerments are made by Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee (931)592-3691.
