Mr. Jackie Morgan, age 74, of Tracy City, Tennesse passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013 in Harton Regional Medical Center, Tullahoma, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his parents, John A. and Ethel Morgan; siblings, Alonzo, Alma Gay Harris, Inez Ward, Jewell Davis, Mary Lou Patrick, Frankie Klinger and Edista Hall. Survivors include his son Roger L. (Audrey) Morgan, Tracy City, TN; Grandson, Colton Morgan; Patsy Morgan, Tracy City, TN; brothers, Lewis Morgan of VA; Franklin Morgan, Tracy City, TN; sisters, Phyllis Martin, Coalmont, TN; several nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements are made by Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee 37387, (931)592-3691. Services will be private.
