Terry Ray Smartt age 55 of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, in Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin D. and Doris Smartt; son, Dusty Smartt; brothers, James David Smartt, Marvin Mitchell Smartt.
Survivors include his son, Terry Ryan Smartt; daughters, Lora Smartt and Patricia Smartt both of Whitwell; brother, Timothy Smartt, Stevenson, Alabama; sisters, Suzette Hargis, Rose Copeland, Patricia Moore, Judy Smartt and Connie Sanders; several grandchildren.

Foster & Lay Funeral Home of Tracy City was in charge of arrangements.
