Obituary of Veda Condra

Miss Veda Mae Condra age 86, of Monteagle, Tennessee passed away Sunday, August 19, 2012, at Golden Living in Winchester, Tennessee. "Veda Mae" was a waitress in Monteagle for many years and had worked at several of the well known dining establishments in Monteagle. She was a member of Morton Memorial United Methodist Church. A daughter of the late Edward LaFayette Condra and Rhoda O'Dear Condra, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles, Douglas, Vinson and James Condra. She is survived by her sister, Martha Worley of Winchester; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend J.D. Spencer officiating. Burial will be in Monteagle Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to: Monteagle Cemetery Association, P.O.
