Obituary of Evelyn Johnson

Mrs. Evelyn Johnson age 82 of Tracy City went to be with the Lord on August 17, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of Gum Springs Methodist Church in Tracy City. She enjoyed sewing and tending to her flowers.
She was preceded in death by her parents Sidney and Willie Mae Sanders; son Rudy Johnson and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her son and daughter in law Bill and Pat Johnson of Tracy City; daughter in law Janet Johnson of Tracy City; grandchildren Cindy Bryant of Tracy City, Amy Jones of Manchester, Travis Johnson, Holly Stevens, and Stacy Baskin all of Tracy City; several great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services will be 3:00 P.M. Monday in the funeral home chapel. Reverend Ernest Lockhart, Reverend Jesse Lockhart, and Reverend Barry Nolan will officiate. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery. The Family will receive friends on Sunday 12 - 9 P.M. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.fosterlayfuneralhome.net.
