Obituary of Dorothy Patterson

Mrs. Dorothy Sanders Patterson age 92, of Chattanooga passed away at her home Wednesday, March 21, 2012. A native of Grundy County, she was a daughter of the late Grover Sanders and Emma Garner Sanders. Mrs. Patterson was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Patterson and a son, Tronald M. Patterson. She attended Chapman's Chapel Church Of The Nazarene in Pelham. Survivors include her children, Jayne Riddle, Huntsville, AL, Claude Milton Patterson, Jr. and Helen Ruth Patterson both of Chattanooga; 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Chapman's Chapel Church Of The Nazarene with Reverend John Burge and Reverend Charles Knight officiating. Burial will be in Warren Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home and Saturday 12:00 noon - 2:00 P.M. at the church.
