Obituary of Randall Everett Lockhart

Randall Everett Lockhart, age 72, of Tracy City, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2023. He was born October 15, 1950, to the late Wilson and Mae Ellen Yarworth Lockhart. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth and Grady Lockhart; sister, Eula Mae Tinsley; and stepson, Brent Shrum. Randall was an outdoors person and always had to have a four-wheel drive truck to drive around in. He was a great card player, especially spades and poker. He was a very friendly person, was outgoing and loved to talk and joke with people. He loved his family very much. He is survived by girlfriend, Carla Shrum; son, David Lee Lockhart; daughter, Stacey Lynn Baskin; stepdaughter, Brooke (Shawn Harwell) Nunley; grandchildren, Charles Randall Baskin and Colton Brent Nunley; and several nieces, nephew, great nieces, and great nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Orange Hill Memorial Cemetery, 2990 Browns Hollow Road, Tracy City, TN 37387. The Funeral Service will be Friday, September 1, 2023, at Orange Hill Church, Tracy City, at 5:00 PM with Bro. Joe Nunley officiating. Burial will follow at Orange Hill Cemetery.
