Bubba's humor rattled our bones, his generosity humbled us; he overflowed with spirit and kindness like a bottle of vintage whiskey. He was my best friend and helped me through more times than I can count or remember. His passing leaves our town a little quieter and certainly less laughter-filled. He will be sorely missed by all, especially those giggling heavens now graced with the ultimate comic. You will always have a special place in our hearts. I will always miss you and we’ll see each other again.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Junior's passing. For almost two years, I have lived in the housing project in Monteagle. When I'd be out picking up cans, he would often stop in his work truck and give me cans. Junior was a friendly and generous person who will be greatly missed. My sincere sympathy is extended to his family & friends.
