Mrs. Polly P. Oliver age 85 passed away Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Golden Living Center in Winchester. Mrs. Oliver was born in Paint Rock, Alabama, a daughter of the late Bob and Maude Metcalfe Morris and was a long time resident of Pelham. She was also preceded in death by her husband Johnny Oliver; son Jerry Morris; brothers Herman Morris, Howard "Shorty" Morris, Elbert Morris; Jerry Morris; sisters Geneva Morris and Sally Ann Mayes.
Survivors include her step-son Paul Oliver of Beersheba Springs and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the Payne's Cove Church in Pelham, Tennessee with Reverend Wayne Morris officiating. Burial will be in Payne's Cove Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the Payne's Cove Church.
