Mr. Walter Lee Cantrell, Jr., age 56, of Whitwell passed away May 10, 2023. He was born on September 22, 1967 in New Smyrna Beach, FL to Walter Lee Cantrell, Sr. and Gracie Thomas Cantrell, both of whom precede him in death.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca Sanders Cantrell; step-children, Kurt Green, Amanda Meeks, Bryan Green, and Bradley Nolan; brothers, Larry K (Joelene) Cantrell and Max Montgomery; sisters, Bonnie Montgomery, Patsy Royster, and Viki Skrret; niece, Celesse Oliver; nephews, Trevor Oliver and Zachary Cantrell; four grandchildren, and one great grandchild also survive.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Vickie Smartt.
There will be a graveside service Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Plainview Cemetery, with Rev. Millard McGhee officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral home.
