Pamela Cheryl Wright, age 66, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023. She was born in Eastlake, Ohio to Joe Parker Layne and Norma Layne on May 1, 1956. She is preceded in death by her father, Joe Parker Layne; grandmother, Clara Layne; and her brother-in-law, Patrick Doptis.
Pamela liked to shop online, read, and play poker. She enjoyed entertaining the kids and traveling to the Bahamas. She loved her family very much.
She is survived by her children, David (Madonna) Eklund, Stacey Eklund, and Amber Wright; mother, Norma Layne; grandchildren, Michael Eklund, Samantha Eklund, Morgan Eklund, Sabrina King, and Hunter King; three great grandchildren; siblings, Mike (Brenda) Layne and Debbie Doptis; and grandpuppies Mocha & Skye.
A visitation with the family will be Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at Cumberland Funeral Home in Monteagle, TN from 1-3 PM.
