Travis Eugene Scott, age 46, of Nashville, TN, passed away January 17, 2023. He was born May 3, 1976, to Eugene Scott and Paula Stevens Clay. He is preceded in death by his wife, Karen Bailey Scott and his father, Eugene Scott.
Travis loved to hunt arrowheads, raise pit bulls and fish.
He is survived by his mother, Paula Clay; step-mother, Nancy Goodwin; daughters, Taylor Buckner and Shelby Bess; brothers, Chad (Ann) Clay, Jerrad (Morgan) Clay, Gene (Jaime) Scott, and Chris (Nicole) Scott; sisters, Deanna (Brandon) Butler and Beth (Blake) Crutcher; 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Service will be Monday, January 23, 2023, at Cumberland Funeral Home – Foster and Lay Chapel in Tracy City at 2:00 PM with Bro. Dennis Rollins officiating. Burial will follow at Plainview Cemetery. A visitation with the family will be held at Cumberland Funeral Home on Sunday from 5-9 PM.
