Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Anderson

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Anderson, age 85, of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away on October 26, 2022. She was born in Sewanee, Tennessee to the late James and Myrtle Stephens. She is also preceded in death by her husband Robert N. Anderson Sr., son in law William Thomas, brothers; Francis, Edward, Johnny and Robert Stephens, sisters; Martha Ellen Ramey, Betty Taylor, Faye Stephens, and Jenny Bryant. Mary enjoyed working puzzles, reading, watching tv, listening to gospel music, taking walks and visiting her neighbors. She is survived by her children; Paul (Pallmall) Marlowe, Stephanie Thomas, and Robert Nelson (Roselee) Anderson Jr., brother; Howard Stephens, sister; Grace Moss, 13 grandchildren and many many great & great-great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday October 29, 2022, at Cumberland Funeral Home, Monteagle, Tennessee, with Bro. Franklin Hill officiating, burial immediately following at Clouse Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Friday October 28, 2022, from 4:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M.
