Ruth Naomi Hall, age 76, of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, Tennessee. Naomi was born on August 14, 1946 in Laager, Tennessee to the late Marion and Equilla Bivens Shrum. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband Charles Hall; sisters, Dorothy Martin, Argie Moore, Esther Wood, and Rosie Shrum. Naomi was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, taking care of her flowers and spending time with her cat King. She is survived by her son, Cliff Edward Hall; daughters, Teresa (Jeff) Burnett and Sandra (Van) Brewer; brothers, Paul (Gerl) Shrum, Sam (Murl) Shrum, and Ancil Shrum; sisters, Mary Francis Hartline, Catherine Calhoun, Lois Doss, and Rebecca (Mike) Bell; 5 grandchildren, Dale (Bridgett) Burnett, Anthony Burnett, Justin (Audrey) Burnett, Geron (Jill) Brewer, and Shelby (Allan) Jones; along with 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A service will be held Friday, October 7, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. in the Foster and Lay Chapel of the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at Bonny Oak Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Thursday from 4:00-9:00 P.M. at Cumberland Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee.
