Elsie A. Patterson, Age 83, of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away, Tuesday August 9, 2022. She was born in Monteagle, Tennessee to the late Jack and Sue Smartt Bolton. Elsie is also preceded in death by her daughter Anita Sanders.
Elsie enjoyed many things in life gospel music, singing, and cooking just to name a few. Her greatest love was her family though, a loving marriage of 70 years, and spending time with her kids and grand kids and nothing made her happier than her family.
Those left to cherish her memory is husband, Robert Patterson; sons, Howard Wayne Patterson, Dennis Robin Patterson, and Stevie Patterson; daughters, Sherry Patterson, Rita Guess, Julie McFalls, and Franny Patterson; sister, Shirley Gentry along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and serval nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 12, 2022, at Cumberland Funeral Home, Foster and Lay Chapel in Tracy City, Tennessee. Burial will immediately follow at Summer Field Cemetery.
The family will receive friends for visitation Friday from 1:00 P.M. till 2:00 P.M.
