Obituary of Sammy Lee Bryant

Sammy Lee Bryant, age 62, of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Southern Tennessee Regional Heath System, Sewanee, Tennessee. Sammy was born in Palmer, Tennessee on June 19, 1960, to the late W.R. Bryant and Elsie Faye Anderson Bryant. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry Bryant and Chris Bryant. Sammy loved watching and playing sports, especially Alabama Football. Sammy loved most of all his kids and telling stories about them and reminiscing about times past, he also loved his dog Red. Sammy is survived by his children, Chase Bryant and Victoria Bryant; mother of his children Susan Bryant; brother Troy Bryant; sisters, Sherry Bryant and Kathy Bryant along with several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in the Foster and Lay Chapel, with Bro. Danny Coffelt officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Pryor Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5:00-9:00 P.M. at Cumberland Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee.
