Obituary of Tanya Jay Crisp

Tanya Jay Crisp, age 43, of Gruetli Laager, TN, passed away Monday, July 4, 2022. She was born in Altamont, TN to J.D. and Emma Bennett Parson on February 24, 1979. She loved riding motorcycles with her husband, going shopping, singing karaoke, loved to clean and mop, enjoyed being with family and friends, she was very family orientated, and loved all six of her boys. She is preceded in death by her husband, Brian A. Crisp; father, J.D. Parson; brother, Dale Parson; and grandmother, Rachel Bennett. She is survived by her sons, Brian Crisp, Tyler Ramsey, Cody Crisp, Logan Crisp, Isiah Crisp, and Carter Crisp; grandchildren, Brynlee Crisp, Naelynn Ramsey, Maui Crisp, Jaylee Ramsey, and Declan Ramsey; brother, Greg Parson; sisters, Jo Lovelace and Kandi Hampton; nephew, Xack; niece, Jayla; and best friends, Chris and Leanette Snyder. The funeral service will be Friday, July 8, 2022, at Cumberland Funeral Home – Foster and Lay Chapel in Tracy City at 2:00 P.M. with Bro. Creig Kimbro officiating. Burial will follow at Plainview Cemetery. A visitation with the family will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Friday till the time of service.
