Christina Ann Owen, age 50, of Jasper, TN, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022. She was born March 8, 1972, to William Joseph Owen and Manilla Coffey Contreras. Christina enjoyed listening to Rock n Roll music, fishing with her grandchild, shopping with her daughter, and writing poetry. She liked dream catchers and loved her cats. She loved her children; they were her heart and soul.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Joseph Owen; her grandparents; her sister, Tonya Ann Meeks; and her aunt, Amy Anderson.
She is survived by her children, Billy Owen (husband, Jose Luis) and Alissa Owen; grandchild, Damon Owen; mother, Manilla Contreras; brothers, Bobby Joe Owen and Joey Owen; sister, Carrie Williams; special niece, Amelia; special aunt, Margaret; her best friends, Tracy (Tim) Johnson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be Monday, June 27, 2022, at Cumberland Funeral Home – Foster and Lay Chapel in Tracy City at 2:00 PM with Bro. Ralph Shrum officiating. A visitation with the family will be from 11:30 till time of service on Monday.
