Mr. Larry Douglas Thomas, age 68, of Sewanee, passed away peacefully May 22, 2022, at his home. He was born May 15, 1954, in Manchester, TN to Paul Edward Thomas and Betty Jean Norwood Thomas.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn Thomas; sons, Jeffrey Lee Shrum and Johnthan Trevor Meeks; daughter, Anissa Thomas Sylvis; grandchild, Craig Lewis Sartain; great grandchild, Briar Lee Sartain; and sister, and Patricia (George) Taylor.
In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by his daughter, Misty Lynn Thomas; and brothers, Jerry Wayne Thomas and Raymond Edward Thomas.
There will be a Celebration of Life at Monteagle Bible Baptist on Saturday, May 28th, 2022 at 10:00 A.M.
Cumberland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
