Ms. Joyce Marie Fults, age 82, of Tracy City, passed away February 5, 2022, peacefully at Elk River of Winchester. She was born in Tracy City on June 19, 1939 to Gordon Nunley and Jessie Trussell Nunley, both of whom preceded her in death.
Joyce was the director of the Grundy County Housing Authority for over 25 years. She loved gardening and flowers.
She is survived by her children, Russell (Cheri) Fults of Dallas, TX and Lisa (Brad) Fults Jones of Dallas, TX.
Ms. Fults chose cremation as her final disposition, and no services are planned at this time.
