Obituary of C. L. Anderson

C.L. Anderson, age 72, of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away January 25, 2022. He was born in Coalmont, Tennessee to the late Elisha and Dorothy Anderson. He is also preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Mary Jo Anderson, brothers; Robert Nelson, Charles Edward, Johnny Wesley, Ubert, Tony and Douglas Anderson of Tracy City, Tennessee, father-in-law; Roy Parsons, sister-in-law; Lou Anderson. C.L. was a coalminer for 30 plus years and in his spare time he enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, watching westerns, and mechanic work on vehicles. He is survived by his children; Cindy Anderson, Wayne (Wanda) Anderson, Ed (Dawn) Anderson and Roy Anderson, grandchildren; Johnathan, Cody, and Briana, great grandchildren; Kimberly and Liana, brothers; Gene, Herb, Dave (Jozell), Floyd (Patrica) Anderson, sisters, Betty (Mink) Parsons, Gussie Anderson, and Mae Anderson, along with serval nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 30, 2022, in the Foster and Lay Chapel of Cumberland Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee, with Bro. Franklin Hill officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Plainview Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday 4:00- 9:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
