Tracy City, Tennessee – Mr. Herbert Chris Cooper, Jr., 54, passed away Sunday January 23, 2022, at the home of his parents in Tracy City, Tennessee with his family at his bedside. He was born September 27, 1967.
He loved the outdoors and Archery was his favorite activity.
He is survived by his parents, Herbie and Christine Nunley Cooper; daughters, Cortney (James) Carter of Cowan, Tennessee and Celesta (Evan) Carter of Rossville, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday in the Foster and Lay Chapel with Ministers, Eddie Meeks and Brett Meeks officiating with burial to follow in the Coalmont Cemetery.
Visitation: 12:00 Noon – 2:00 PM Tuesday at Cumberland Funeral Home, Foster and Lay Chapel Tracy City, Tennessee.
