Billy Mack Smartt, age 75, of Tracy City, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
Bill was born on November 24, 1946, to the late Marvin and Beccie Parsons Smartt. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Jack Smartt, Leroy Smartt, Marvin Smartt, and Vernon Smartt; sisters, Susie Layne, Juanita Ashley, and Hassie Meeks; and step-daughter, Kathy Frederick.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Smartt; stepchildren, Bobby Smartt, Fonda Geary, Renee Reid, and Michael Smartt; a large number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a special great-grandson Javon Liles. He lived to see five generations of grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Plainview Cemetery, Thursday, December 16th, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. with Bro. Bobby Winton and Bro. Clayton Jones officiating.
