Obituary of William Earl Northcutt

William Earl Northcutt, age 78, of Pelham, passed away December 2, 2021, at his residence surrounded by family. He was born on February 26, 1943, in Pelham to the late Stanley and Willie Mae Northcutt. He had worked at the Co-op for many years and retired from Carrier after 32 years of service. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing sports, spending time with his grandchildren, and he loved fishing in tournaments. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Hunter Northcutt. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Donna Davidson Northcutt; children, Sherry (Anthony) Harshman, David (Sandra) Northcutt, Marty Northcutt, Michael Northcutt, Tammy (Andy) Banks, Stanley (Jennifer) Northcutt, Darla (Grant) Hill, and Carla (Kurt) Glick; grandchildren, Brittany Rooffener, Courtney Goforth, Tucker Northcutt, Tori Northcutt, Gaston Northcutt, Gavin Northcutt, Khylee Harshman, Gari Harshman, Zachary Northcutt, Haylee Northcutt, Shaelynn Northcutt, Emily Hill, and Addyson Hill; great-grandchildren, Alexandria Rooffener, Paizley Goforth, Ryker Goforth, Westyn Mayfield, and Priya Northcutt; step-grandchildren, Jessica, Kayla, Lindsey, Zachary, Remington, Jasper, and Tiffany; brothers, Benson (Nadine) Northcutt, Freddie (Darlene) Northcutt, Martin (Wanda) Davidson, and Dillard (Donna) Davidson; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 4, 2021, from 4:00 – 9:00 PM, at Cumberland Funeral Home in Monteagle. Funeral services will be on Sunday, December 5, at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home with Brother Roy Woods and Brother Brett Meeks officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Pelham.
