Mary Jo Anderson, age 65, of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2021. She was born April 29, 1956, to Roy and Clara Parsons. In addition to her father, Mary Jo is preceded in death by her brother, Jeffrey Dean Parsons.
Mary Jo loved to spend time with her family and loved animals of any kind. She liked to camp, ride 4-wheelers, and cook out.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, C. L. Anderson; children, Ed (Dawn) Anderson, Cindy Anderson, Wayne (Wanda) Anderson, and Roy Anderson; mother, Clara Dean Parsons; grandchildren, Johnathan, Cody, and Briana; great-grandchildren, Kimberly and Liana; brothers, Charles Parsons and Donnie Parsons.
The funeral service will be Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Cumberland Funeral Home - Foster and Lay Chapel in Tracy City at 2:00 PM with Bro. Franklin Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Plainview Cemetery. A visitation with the family will be held at Cumberland Funeral Home on Friday from 4–9 PM.
