Jeffrey "Pottsie" Douglas Garner, age 63, of Monteagle, Tennessee, passed away October 23, 2021. He was born March 16, 1958, to the late Billy Douglas and Bertha Mae Garner. In addition to his parent, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Daniel “Danny” Garner and a sister, Wanda Jane Irvin.
He is survived by his sisters, Melody Dolly Young, Beverly Joan Denney, Deborah McDaniel, and Vicki Yarworth; special nephew, Kevin Denney; and many nieces and nephews.
