Obituary of Helen Louise Perry

Tracy City, Tennessee – Mrs. Helen Louise Perry, 78, passed away Sunday September 19, 2021 at the Waters of Winchester nursing home. She was born in Tracy City, Tennessee on February 12, 1943 to Wiley Clinton Meeks and Alma Smartt Meeks who preceded her in death along with her son, Randy Campbell; brothers, Clint, Chet and George Meeks; sisters, Betty Sue O’Neal, Betty Mae Meeks, Lib Crisp, Mary Meeks and Louise Meeks. She is survived by her sisters, Pat Birdwell and Nadine Sweeny; brothers, David (Wanda) Meeks and Dee (Delores) Meeks; granddaughter, Jerica Haynes; great grandchildren, Logan Campbell, Peyton Haynes, Shaylan Haynes and Kaylee Ronken; several nieces and nephews; special caregiver, Jenny Northcutt. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers Mike Rigsby and Bobby Winton officiating with burial to follow in the Orange Hill Cemetery. Visitation: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Tuesday at the Foster and Lay Chapel of Cumberland Funeral Home in Tracy City, Tennessee.
