Obituary of Willie Jo Medley

Mrs. Willie Jo Medley, age 84, of Pelham, Tennessee passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in Winchester, Tennessee. Willie Jo was born in Tracy City, Tennessee on June 16, 1937, to the late Dan and Ovia Nunley Sitz. She is also preceded in death by her husband Pascal “Pack” Medley, sister, Louise O’Dear, brothers; Charles, Edward, and Jerry Sitz. Willie was a loving and caring mother and grandmother; she also truly enjoyed and treasured all the students she got to help throughout the years. When she was younger being active in the church was very important to her. A few of her hobbies were raising flowers, scrapbooking, and of course shopping. Willie is survived by her sons, Danny (Shawn) Medley and Tim Medley; brother, Robert Sitz; sisters, Marie Burrows, Ruth Holland, and Darlene Sitz; grandchildren, Tanjala (Jarrod) Johnson, Josh Medley, and Steven Medley; great grandchildren, Cole Johnson, Kase Johnson, Kaylex Medley and Payton Medley. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 30, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Dee Hennessy officiating, burial immediately following at Warren Cemetery.
