Terry Blake Haynes, age 38, of Monteagle, Tennessee passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 7, 2021.
Born December 23, 1982, “Blake” was a smart, funny, loyal, genuine, loving son and friend. He was a lifetime Atlanta Braves and Tennessee Titans Fan. He will forever be remembered as a good soul gone too soon.
Preceding him in death is his father, Terry Dee Haynes; maternal grandparents, George “G.C” and Doris Thomas; paternal grandparents, Vernon and Edith Haynes; and special dog, “Bear”.
Survivors include his mother, Cheryl Haynes; two brothers, Troy Dee Haynes and Trent Haynes; niece Lauren Taylor and special aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, April 11, 2021 (2PM) at Monteagle Cemetery with Pastor Kenny Green and LeGard Smith officiating.
