Obituary of Estella Mae White

Estella Mae White (Stella), age 88, of Spring Hill, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 6, 2021. Stella was born on February 28, 1933, in Davenport, Iowa where she lived her entire life until she moved to Spring Hill, Tennessee, in May of 2018. She was married for 66 years to her loving husband, Harold, until his passing in October 2019. Stella was very creative and loved to dance and sing. Most of her adult life she was a homemaker, but she spent some time as an encyclopedia salesperson, managed a suntan salon, and ran her own ceramics business out of her home. Every holiday she decorated her house from top to bottom! Stella and Harold were avid boaters and spent a lot of time on the Mississippi River, making several trips up river to Stillwater, MN. Stella also loved playing bingo, traveling by bus to Iowa casinos, and on the Mississippi Riverboats. Stella is preceded in death by her husband, Harold White, son Michael White, her parents, and three brothers and three sisters. Survivors include her daughter, Sandra (Michael) Lenzen, son, James (Stephanie) White, eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and sisters-in-law Margaret Tuggle, Odel Whitlow, Joyce Nolan, Kay White and Wanda White.
