Obituary of Virginia Scott

Mrs. Virginia L. Scott, age 70 of Tracy City passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at her residence. She was a daughter of the late Charlie Meadows and Cora Kilgore Meadows and was preceded in death by a son, Randy Alan Scott.
Mrs. Scott was a retired nurse.
Survivors include her husband, Randy Scott; children Karen Scott, Beersheba Springs and Joe Champion, Knoxville; brothers Bill Meadows and James Meadows, both of Tracy City; sisters Rosie Edwards, Tracy City and Maudie Trussell, Sullivan, Il; grandchildren Kathy, Korey, Marcus, Sarah and Fibi; great-grandchildren Katie, Tyler, Kasey and Kelsey.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Bishop William Milsaps officiating. Burial will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-9 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Online condolences and register book @ www.fosterlayfuneralhome.net.
