Mr. Lawrence Jerome Bray, age 69, passed away from this life on June 2, 2020 at his residence in Tracy City, Tennessee. He was born on November 13, 1950 to the late Epps and Ethel Smith Bray. Jerome is preceded in death by his brothers, Billy Bray and Sonny Bray; sisters, Wilma Parton and Drucilla Powell.
Jerome was a carpenter and he enjoyed riding around on the back roads and setting on the front porch talking and playing with his grandkids.
Jerome is survived by his loving wife, Sherry Dempsey Bray; sons, Jody (Misty) Bray, Elvis (Crystal) McDaniel; daughter, Chasity McDaniel; brother, Ron Bray; sisters, Wanda (Homer) Sanders, Brenda (Hershel) Parson; 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the Foster & Lay Chapel with Brother Bobby Winton officiating. Family will receive friends Wednesday, June 3, 2020, from 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. at Cumberland Funeral Home in Tracy City, Tennessee.
