Obituary of Regina Smith Robison

Regina Smith Robison,81, passed away peacefully at her home on April 24, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was proceeded in death by her husband of 54 years, Barton F. Robison, in January 2020. She was the daughter of the late Wesley Smith and Modena and Harwell Owens. She is survived by Becky (Monty) Allen of Marietta, GA, Cathy (Bob) Winnie of Kennesaw, GA, David Robison of Oxford, MS, and Merritt (Matthew) Rogers of Jasper, TN. She will be sadly missed by her precious grandchildren, Matt, Wes, Shelby, Will, Madison, and Mark. She is also survived by her sister Delora Maner of Houston, TX, brothers, Larry (Harriet) Owens of Bel Air, MD, Neely Owens of Paris, TN, and Terry Owens of Puryear, TN. Mrs. Robison was born August 21,1938, in Paris, TN. She was a graduate of E.W. Grove High School and Gemological Institute of America. She was the former gemologist, owner, and manager of Murray McKenzie Jewelry formerly located on the Paris square. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and sang in the choir. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Stained Glass Restoration Fund at the First Methodist Church of Paris. A celebration of her life will be held later date due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic.
