Obituary of Payton Elizabeth Clarity Byers

Payton Elizabeth Clarity Byers, age 15, passed away from this life on April 28,2020. She was born on April 5, 2005 in Winchester, Tennessee to Billy Byers and Kerry Metcalfe. Payton is preceded in death by her grandparents, Rod & Clara Byers and Micky Metcalfe and uncle Coby Perry. Payton is survived by her parents, Billy Byers and Kerry Metcalfe, sister, Cecily Byers and grandparents Mary Elizabeth (Al) Ludwig; stepfather, Lewis Gilliam and stepmother, Toni Vincent; aunts, Tasha Metcalfe and Tonya Graves; uncles, Tommy Perry and Rodney Byers; and several cousins. Payton was a precious,caring, little girl who loved her family, friends and unicorns. She also enjoyed taking care of all her sweet animals. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Graveside service will be Sunday, May 3,2020, 4:00 p.m. at Plainview Cemetery with Brother Clint Shrum officiating. Family will receive friends Sunday, May 3, 2020 from 12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. at Foster and Lay Chapel.
