Obituary of William Allan Meeks

William Allan Meeks, age 56, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was born in Dallas, Texas on March 26,1964. Allan is proceeded in death by his father, Homer “Cotton” Meeks, son, Joshua “Red” Meeks, paternal grandparents; Alton “Dink” and Hattie Lockhart, maternal grandparents; Dewey and Ollie Meeks. Allan was a father of 3 and a truck driver for over 18 years, he was an avid CB radio operator and his handle name was Plowboy #2. He also enjoyed collecting knives and guns. Allan also loved riding in Bryant’s Cove. He is survived by his loving mother, JoAnn L. Meeks, sons; Jeremiah (Brandi) Meeks and Jacob Meeks, brother Rusty Meeks, sister Roxanne Meeks, grandchildren; Sophia, Adrianna, Liam and soon to be Riley and his precious dog, Baby. Graveside Service, Thursday, April 16,2020, 4:00 p.m., Clouse Hill Cemetery with Brother Andy Lockhart officiating.
