Mary Jo Meeks, age 66, passed away Friday, March 27, 2020 at her home in Tracy City, Tennessee. She was born on April 14, 1953 in Sewanee, Tennessee to the late Wiley and Alma Meeks. Mary Jo is preceded in death by her son, Ronnie Meeks, daughter, Chandra Gayle Meeks, sisters; Elizabeth Crisp, Betty Mae O’Neal, Betty Sue O’Neal and infant Louise, brothers; Chester Meeks and Clint Meeks.
Survivors include her grandson, Skyler Meeks, brothers; George Meeks, Dee Meeks, David Meeks, sisters; Nadine Sweeney, Pat Birdwell, Helen Perry. Several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be Monday, March 30, 2020, 2:00 P.M. at Orange Hill Cemetery with Brother Bobby Winton officiating. Family will receive friends Monday, March 30, 2020 at Foster and Lay Chapel from 11:00-2:00 P.M.
Due to Covid-19 Health Concerns we ask that you do not bring food to the funeral home.
