ADAMS, RICHARD LAMBERT, 93, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020, in Nashville, TN. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ella Rose Fults Adams and his son, Michael Edward Adams. Richard proudly served his country in the United States Navy for 25 years during WWII, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was the recipient of the Navy Good Conduct, China Service, American Defense, American Theater Campaign, Asiatic Pacific Service, World War II Victory, Navy Occupation, National Defense Service, Korea Service, Vietnam Service, Philippine Liberation, United Nations Korea Service, and the Republic of Korea Service Medals. He was a kind and gentle person who appreciated spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his son Lawrence Allen Adams (Susan) of Nashville, TN and Carol Marie Adams of North Carolina, 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A graveside service was held at Tracy City Cemetery on Thursday, February 27, 2020. Arrangements were provided by Cumberland Funeral Home, Monteagle, TN
