Mrs. Frances "Fannie" Campbell Fults age 94 of Tracy City passed away Thursday, October 13, 2011, in a Winchester health care facility. She was born in Tracy City on February 13, 1917, a daughter of the late John Jefferson Myers and Lillie Frances Davis Myers. Mrs. Fults was a member of Monteagle Seventh Day Adventist Church and was preceded in death by her first husband, Henry Howard Campbell and husband, Jay Edward Fults.
Survivors include her children, Walter Allen Campbell, Friendsville, Maryland, Barbara Sue Prescott, Gates Mills, Ohio; grandchildren, Sheila Rae Rinker, Shawna Lynn Upole, Steven Howard and Richard Allen Prescott; great-grandchildren, Megan Ashley Rinker, Kylie Elizabeth Upole and Mila Indigo Prescott.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Clyde Leeds and Elder Richard Barger officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-8 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
