I'm sorry to hear of this sad news, I knew him only as a small child but was dear friends with his parents. May God comfort the family and give them strength during this storm.
Prayers, Sue (Hicks) Sumner Bullins.

To the family of Brent Myers. I had the privilege of working with Brent at the Bradley County Sheriff's Office in Cleveland, Tn. Hearing of his passing was hurtful and unbelievable news for me. We had great times laughing and talking about old times as children. I saw him at our Christmas party on Dec.20th. We hugged, said hello and said we would see each other later. Not knowing that would be the last time we would see each other again. But I know there will be another time that we will see each other again. A day where there'll be no sorrow there, no more burdens to bear,no more sickness, no pain, no more parting over there. And forever I will be with the One who died for me. What a day, glorious day that will be! Tacia Green - Bradley County Sheriff's Office

In October of 2009 my Dad was sick and on his death bed there was no one to help my sister and me take care of him my nephew was in jail at Grundy at the time I thought why should he be out there playing cards and laying around when he could be here helping me so I called and ask for Sheriff Myers and to my good fortune he was there I talked to him and told him my situation and was crying like a baby he told me not to cry we would figure something out so we hung up I had no place to turn there was no way I could lift Dad by myself about 45 minutes passed and I was sitting at the kitchen table crying again when I heard a knock on the door I hollered come in and before my eyes red and swollen I'm sure stood Sheriff Myers and my nephew he came over to the table patted me on the back and said I brought you some help I thought it would be for a few hours but he surprised me again he told me they would spend the night so I would have help so Sheriff Myers settled in on the couch and that's where he slept while we took care of my Dad.The next day he told my nephew he could stay there for a couple of days and help us as long as he would check in every few hours I'll never forget what he did for me that night NEVER R.I.P. MR.Myers The GOOD LORD WILL JUDGE THE REST you surely got a star in your crown for that good deed.
