Obituary of Jean Nunley

Jean Nunley, 83, of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away November 22, 2019 at Elk River Heath and Rehabilitation of Winchester, Tennessee. Born January 10, 1936 in Signal Mountain, Tennessee to the late Joe Allison Lewis, Sr. and Marry Etta Ducker Lewis. She is also preceded in death by husband Bob Nunley; sisters, Patricia Lewis Graves, Janice Lewis Vinson, and Marie Lewis Murphy.

 Jean was a member of Myers Hill Congregational Methodist Church, where she was a pianist for many years, she also played the piano with the Haynes Trio. She loved many things in life reading her Bible, writing, taking pictures and to visit and share meals with her friends and family.

She is survived by sisters; Virginia Lewis Haynes, Ann Lewis Crayton, May Lewis Goss, Alice Lewis Kelly and Betty Lewis Shrum, brother Joe Allison Lewis, Jr. along with several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at Myers Hill Church, Monday, November 25, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. with Bro. Dennis Rollins officiating. Burial immediately following at Pryor Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Cumberland Funeral Home, Monteagle, Tennessee.
