Short, Randy Dewayne "Daffy", 37, of Coalmont, TN, passed away at his residence Monday. Mr. Short was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Short. Survivors include his mother, Maxine Short, wife Barbara Nunley, sons, Tyler Nunley and Garrick Nunley all of Tracy City, brother, Barry Meeks, aunts, Cathie (Jerry) Layne, Monteagle, TN Juanita Hobbs, Coalmont, uncle Tommy (Sharon) Hobbs, Manchester, TN, cousins, Billy Bob Partin, Monteagle, Roland Hobbs, Tracy City, TN, Jason and Jimmy Hobbs, Coalmont, TN and Barry Meeks and special friend Jed Rose, Monteagle, TN Funeral services will be Friday at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Clayton Jones and Rev. Howard Fults officiating. Burial will be in the Coalmont Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-9 PM Thursday at Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City, TN
