Obituary of Juanita Lewis

Juanita Thomas Lewis, age 66, of Decherd, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2011 at Emerald-Hodgson Hospital in Sewanee, Tennessee. She was a daughter of the late Claude Thomas and Vivian Hawk Thomas and was a former employee of GE. She was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Dwayne Lewis.
She is survived by her children Eddie Lewis, Pelham, Tennessee, Timothy (Robin) Lewis, Chattanooga, Tennessee, Tina (Ronnie) May, Morrison, Tennessee and Kelly Allen Lewis, Manchester, Tennessee; brothers and sisters, Doug Thomas, Manchester, Tennessee, Pack Thomas and Nell Perry, both of Hillsboro, Tennessee, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Danny Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Bean's Creek Cemetery in Hillsboro, Tennessee. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 until 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
